The home side started the second stanza brightly when Junior Lokosa netted the first goal of the game from the penalty spot.
Lokosa bagged his second after 65 minutes when Chris Madaki brilliantly set the ball into his path, and the striker obliged with a cool finish.
Nyima Nwagua masterfully struck the third after a defensive error gifted him the loose ball to slot home into the net.
The Anambra Warriors had chances throughout the match, but could not finish.
The points were settled near the end when Awalu Ali punished the ball watching FC Ifeanyi Ubah defender by firing into the net.
Pillars moved up to second, and are only three points off the top, while FC Ifeanyi Ubah are 15th.
