If you remember the 1998 World Cup in France, you may not only remember the heroics of Zinedine Zidane, but also this stunning goal by Dennis Bergkamp.
The Dutch team had reached the quarter-final against Argentina and the score was 1-1 until the 89th minute with extra-time looking to be certain.
Then Bergkamp produced his moment of magic.
He received a 60-yard long pass from Frank de Boer and brought it down gently with a brilliant first touch.
The Dutch forward then knocked the ball through the legs of experienced Argentina defender Roberto Ayala before firing a volley with his outside right foot it into the far corner.
The goal won the Netherlands the game and Bergkamp later described it was his favourite in his career.
In the semi-final the Dutch lost to Brazil on penalties, but Bergkamp was voted into the Team of the Tournament.
