Striker Anam Imo insists the Falconets are ”refreshed” and battle ready for Haiti following the 1-0 loss to Germany in the 2018 U20 FIFA Women’s World Cup Group D match on Monday.
The Falconets of Nigeria will face Haiti in Saint Malo on Thursday afternoon.
”We’re very prepared for the game and after the loss to Germany, we believe the road is now clear for us to win,” Imo told Futbalgalore.com.
“We are not bothered as to who is playing and who is not. What matters is getting a good result to keep us in the competition. We’ll give off our best and hopefully we can make Nigerians all proud and happy again.”
