Henry Onyekuru says the Super Eagles are not under pressure to beat minnows Seychelles on Saturday in the 2019 African Cup of Nations Cup qualifier.
Nigeria are ranked third with no point having lost 2-0 to South Africa in matchday1 in Group E of the AFCON Qualifiers.
Seychelles are also pointless following their 5-1 defeat to Libya.
Onyekuru believes his teammates will meet expectations at the 10,000 capacity Stadium, Stade Linité situated at Roche Caiman in the outskirts of Victoria on Saturday.
“It’s not really called pressure, we just want to impress and improve on what the coaches have taught us,” told Futbalgalore.com.
“I think they (Seychelles) are more scared of us and all we have to do is stay focused and make sure we get the job done from the 1st to the 90th minute.”
