Speculations over the future of David Amoo is now in the past after the attacker joined English League Two club Port Vale, reports Futbalgalore.com.
The forward played for Cambridge United in the 2018/19 season.
Port Vale announced the signing of the 28-year-old player of Nigerian descent on Monday.
The winger becomes John Askey’s seventh signing of the summer, following the arrivals of Adam Crookes, Richie Bennett and Mark Cullen.
A product of the Millwall and Liverpool Academies, Amoo suited up in 76 matches across all competitions since joining Cambridge United in the summer of 2017.
Whilst at Liverpool, Amoo spent time out on loan at Milton Keynes Dons, Hull City and Bury, and also lists Preston North End, Carlisle United and Partick Thistle amongst his former clubs.
The former Tranmere Rovers player scored seven goals during two seasons at Cambridge United and resisted the club’s attempts to extend his contract.
