The Confederation of African Football (CAF), has appointed Moroccan referee Redouane Jiyed to handle the Afrie Cup of Nations (AFCON), quarter-final match involving Nigeria and South Africa in Cairo on Wednesday, reports Futbalgalore.com.
He will be assisted on the lines by compatriots Lahcen Azgaou and Mustapha Akarkad.
Bernard Camille of Seychelles will be the fourth official with Issa Yaya serving as reserve assistant referee.
The VAR officials are Benoit Millot, Janny Sikazwe and El Hadji Samba.
Nigeria is chasing a fourth continental glory at the continental gathering of 24 teams.
The Super Eagles and Bafana Bafana have met 13 times with Nigeria prevailing six times.
