Striker Chuba Akpom scored twice for PAOK Thessaloniki FC in their pre-season friendly game against Anderlecht on Tuesday, reports Futbalgalore.com.
The reigning Greek Super League champions humbled the Belgian giants 3-1 as part of preparations ahead of the new season.
Akpom is gearing up for the season ahead as he looks to retain his fine scoring form next term.
Though the London-born striker has pledged his international future to Nigeria and even trained with the Super Eagles in March 2017, he has not been called up to the national team for an official match.
The 23-year old is now fit and ready for the new season ahead.
The former Arsenal, Coventry, Sint Truiden, Brentford, Hull City, Brighton & Hove Albion and Nottingham Forest forward bagged eight goals in all competitions for the PAOK last term.
