Midfielder Wilfred Ndidi started off his 2019/20 English Premier League campaign on a decent note as he starred in Leicester City’s goalless stalemate at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.
The Nigerian international was a delight at the King Power Stadium as he ended the match as one of the best performers on the day.
He enjoyed the full 90 minutes of the game and ensured his team picked a point at home in the opening day of the League.
The 22-year-old threatened the goal area of his opponent on few occasions.
The midfielder is expected to once again live up to expectation this season.
His impressive performance on Sunday afternoon should be a boost for the former KRC Genk player in subsequent matches in the English Premier League this season.
Striker Kelechi Iheanacho was expectedly benched in the game by Foxes’ Manager Brendan Rodgers.
