Nigerian striker William Agada scored his seventh goal of the season as Hapoel Jerusalem Katamon continued their winning spree by beating 2-1 Hapoel Afula on Friday.
The in-form Nigerian goal poacher was on target for Katamon once again at Teddi Malcha Stadium (Jerusalem), Futbalgalore.com reports.
The electrifying forward opened the scoring three minutes into the game to give the Red Devils an early lead.
Six minutes after the hour, it was all square with Avi Malka bagging the leveller for the visitors.
Roi Melika netted the winner in the 89th minute with a fine finish.
Katamon are third in the Israeli Leumit League table with 13 points after 7 games.
Agada, who is one of Nigeria’s top scorers abroad this season, is eyeing an Olympic Eagles call-up to justify himself.
